MEADOWS END - The Sufferwell (2014) * Review

When first heard the strains of a tone from the keyboard on the opening song entitled ' Kings Of Greed ', it is clear that ' Meadows End ' really inseminating the gloom in a symphony of melodic death that we think is beautiful, dark and very emotional.  Besides they show of the purity of melodic death rhythm , but they also pay attention to the balance of the tempo in a song, we could feel they play a fast tempo, quiet even it slow, and they make it very beautiful and really organized.

They really bring the elements of melodic death in Swedish style in every their song, and we really enter in a dark aroma and dreary, which they give on every song, especially when we heard the second song entitled ' Trench Of Souls ', which we think is the song that the most touching the soul of their second full length album. So that makes our brains imagine when heard the strains of the tone by tone that they make on this album like an Angel riding a Pegasus descending to earth to fetch the holy souls from the knights of war. Really touched our soul.

A sense of Gloom that always accompany each tone in their songs is increasingly clear we feel in the next song titled ' Ur Askan ', ' Devilspeed Loathekill ' and ' Reap '. These songs really keep a sense of the deep dark from music and lyrics that they show, the three songs that really explains the whole character of their music. What they are doing on this album is absolutely perfect in terms of the arrangement of the song, the tempo, Melody Riffs, the nuances and the symphony rhythm that they play, make the album titled ' The Sufferwell ', for us, is a success of 'Meadows End ' constructing the music that really touches the soul of the listener by injecting a lot of shade of gloom and deep emotion in every song that they play.

Of the eleven songs that they show on this album, there's a song that we deem is a bridge that separation the sense of grim and emotionally entitled ' Under a Canopy of Stars '. We observe, ' Meadows End ' really smart to cultivate feelings of the listeners in this album, this is proven when we heard many gloomy shades on the first five tracks on the album, however, after the completion of hearing the strains of acoustic sound on the song titled ' Under a Canopy of Stars ', we get the more energetic music and nuanced the emotions, really envelop all dark rhythm that they play on this album.

Songs like ' Hung in the Gallows by Dawn ', ' This Comming Nightfall ', and ' the Funeral of a Porcelain Doll ' are songs that really kills the sense of gloom that previously we heard on the initial five songs on this album.  it is amazing.  Our sense of Gloom almost lost when they inject a rhythm that is full with the sense of emotions, aggressive and fast on these songs.

We conclude that the album ' The Sufferwell ' is a great album that therein contained An arrangement of a song that was perfectly that touch the feelings of the listeners that we think, divided into two nuances in the symphony of gloom and anger. Gloomy shades appear when we started this album at the first five songs, and the injections of anger from them really we feel after hearing the songs on the end of this album , precisely upon hearing, the touch of an acoustic guitar on a song titled ' Under a Canopy of Stars ' that we deem is the bridge that dividing the sense of dark and angry that we mentioned earlier.

Although covered back with a tone that full of gloom in the last two songs titled ' Flee Masses ' and ' Insurrection '.

This album is perfect for us, playing the memorable melodic rhythm, tempo and rhythm structure that is easy to remember, and the main thing is this album managed to provide the purity of symphony melodic death and gives the absolute sense of gloom and emotionality. This Album was also really touching the soul and managed to make us sedated with darkness that really accompanies the soul in this year.
