Welcome to The Hard-Lines Extreme Metal Civilization 2009-Now

DEFACED - Forging the Sanctuary (2015) * Review

If you want to touch the walls of the nuances of the torture of the past civilizations - You must listen to the album until the 'End Of Torment' , but if you want to go deeper into a frightening impression that epic and unforgettable – you must bind the body strongly until it can't feel anything anymore which there's in the brain only to imagine a torture in the hell - we thought this is the best work that adopts a torture condition from the past that we can feel now. ' Forging The Sanctuary ' is first- rate.

Impressive when first heard the melody displayed that cannot escape from their trend in infusing lot of dissonance from the style of death metal and black metal. We feel the presence of savagery when get the complete extreme rhythm and rallied with the impression of epic. 'Defaced' is right to applying the rules of death metal with prioritize in-depth aspects in playing brutal death framework with melodic elegance. Not only that, in some of the songs at the end of the album sounded more perfectly created. Very interesting and of course with presence of the powerful melodies -this body temperature be cold as well as the brain does not want to stop imagining a civilization of human torture in the past. If you later listen the first song on the album and felt a strong vibration of the rhythm of black and epic that scary – it means you are including the tormentor in the past - awe and you will hardly to forget it.

Although composed of many variations of extreme music, the band is very clever put the beats of tempo and adjust it - so that the music which we hear it all are very elegant, immaculate, magnificent, dynamic, blasted and catchy.   Our brains lack imagination when just hearing ' Because I Despise ' and tempted again to hear the next song. ' Antithesis ', ' Rapture Through Bondage ' and ' Sower of Discord '-very perfect give riveting melodies-without limits giving pleasure.   Black, Groovy, epic and powerful in binding the riffs of new and old death metal - encapsulated in the next songs titled ' And with It the Rose of Satan ', ' I, the State, Am the People ' and ' Forging the Sanctuary '- we always redo these songs and smile when the balance which provided - really insightful and gets comfortable on the ears.

We have no doubt and wants to forward to the songs titled 'Venomous Eden' and ' humanity's Lost Hope ' that have concept which is similar to the previous three songs , but the more satisfying when 'Defaced' consistent and intense applying hubris of the old style of death metal and black metal in these songs.   Impressive indeed when in the last few songs such as take our thoughts go to the gates of the death of the past. The last two songs are perfect gives a lot of nuances when hearing it. The epic was certainly we feel, then rot because gives depth of old death metal's riff as well as Awe and smiled when hearing the melodic elegance provided-all that can be felt when hearing the last two songs titled ' You Get What You Deserve, ' and a bonus track titled ' End of Torment.

Confused when had to choose a favorite song because all the songs have the depth which different in death metal rhythms and impressive. We could feel the perfection of musical concepts varied in the last five songs, but that does not mean the early six songs not worth to selected, however we are starting many find the identity or the musical framework of epic songs. What created by ' Defaced ' through a second full length album entitled ' Forging the Sanctuary ', for us an amazing feature.
